When you click on the View Pending Orders Section you will be taken to
the following screen:

Finding An Order:
As you can see, at the top of the page are 2 sorting devices. You may
choose to view All Orders, Orders Paid but not shipped or Orders Not Paid
and not shipped from the first drop down by choosing the appropriate option
and clicking on 'show'.
If you are looking for a specific Order ID, choose Order ID from the
Search Orders drop-down, enter the Order Number in the field and click on
'Search'. This will bring up that specific order.
Updating the order information:
The next 3 buttons, Check All, Uncheck All and Update Checked have to do
with the check box located to the left of each order. When the status of an
order changes, for instance you have processed the customer's credit card
and switch the 'N' in the Paid drop-down to 'Y', you must check the check
box to the left of that order and then click on the 'Update Checked'. If you
are changing all the orders, you may click on the 'Check All', make changes
to all the orders Paid, Shipped and Notify menus and then click on the
Update Checked button.
You notice there is a 'Notify' drop-down for each order. If you choose Y
on that menu and update that order, an email message will be sent to your
customer notifying them their order has shipped. There is a 'Msg' button to
the right of this menu; you will want to click on that prior to sending the
message to the customer. When you click on the button the following window
will pop-up:

Enter your custom text, like the shipper's tracking number, and click
update. This will then be included in the shipping confirmation message.
Remember you can add a basic message to all shipping confirmations in the
General Settings section in Shop Aesthetics.
